1 Definitions & Applicability

The following terms used in these Terms & Conditions are defined as follows:

• "User" or "You" — Any person who has opened an account on d777 or is using the platform.
• "Account" — The profile and wallet created in the user's name after registration.

• "Currency" — Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

Each user may open only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, those accounts may be cancelled and the associated balances forfeited. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is a violation of this policy.

2.3 Accurate Information

Users must provide complete, truthful, and accurate information at the time of registration. Providing incorrect or false information may result in account suspension or cancellation. It is the user's responsibility to promptly update any changes to their information.

3 Account Security

Users are required to keep their account login details — username and password — completely confidential. Full responsibility for the security of the account rests with the user. The following must be observed:

• Do not share your password with anyone — not even family members or friends.
• Always use a strong and unique password.
• Log out of your account after using a public or shared device.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the d777 support team immediately.

All activity carried out through an account will be considered the user's own, unless they report unauthorised access in a timely manner. d777 is not liable for any loss resulting from a lost or stolen password.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

d777 currently supports deposits and withdrawals through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services:

• bKash — Mobile financial service by BRAC Bank.
• Nagad — Mobile banking by Bangladesh Post Office.
• Rocket — Mobile wallet by Dutch-Bangla Bank.
• Upay — Mobile financial service by United Commercial Bank.

4.2 Limits & Processing Times

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (via any method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing time: typically completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal request can be processed:

• If there is an active bonus on the account, the wagering requirement for that bonus must be completed.
• Identity verification (where applicable) must be completed.
• A total bet amount equal to or greater than the deposit must have been placed.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on d777 are eligible to receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,200 → Total balance ৳2,200.
• Deposit ৳26,000 → Bonus ৳15,000 (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳41,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not including the deposit. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

• A bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once by the same person, device, or payment account.
• If any fraudulent activity related to bonuses is detected, the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled.
• d777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• Bonuses may have a set expiry period; if the conditions are not met within that time, the bonus may be cancelled.

6 Gaming Policy

6.1 Fair Play

d777 is committed to fair play. All game software used on the platform is developed and tested by reputable third-party game providers — such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, and Spribe. The outcomes of these games are completely random and cannot be manipulated by any party.

6.2 Betting Disputes

If a dispute arises over a game or betting outcome, the user must notify the support team within 72 hours of the incident. d777's game logs and server records will be considered final.

6.3 Technical Errors

Any transaction resulting from a technical error or system failure will not be considered valid. d777 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bet and refund the original amount in such situations.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the d777 platform. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Artificially arranging bets to exploit bonus benefits ("bonus abuse").
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to play games.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security or technical systems.
• Harassing or engaging in inappropriate behaviour towards other users.
• Any illegal activity that violates the laws of Bangladesh.

8 Responsible Gaming
